If you are a new guest, we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out necessary forms and prepare for your treatment.
All guests should arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order for us to stay on schedule for all guests.

To guarantee your preferred time and treatment, we recommend booking your spa session in advance. You can easily schedule online through our booking portal. We require a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

While we accommodate walk-in guests when possible, we suggest booking ahead to enjoy the full benefits of our luxury spa services without delay.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Non Members - Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations or reschedules are subject to a 50% service charge. No show appointments are subject to 100% service charge since we reserve the room, estheticians time + products exclusively for you in Advance.

Your health is our priority. Our Jersey City spa follows enhanced sanitation protocols and wellness guidelines in line with New Jersey State health regulations. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment.
Please allow 24-48 hours after waxing, 48 hours after Botox or other neuromodulators, 7-10 days after laser treatments or a full 2 weeks after fillers before getting a facial.

Guests must be at least 13 years of age to receive facials. Please call ahead if you have any questions.

All treatments are 100% customized to your skin health and wellness goals. Whether you're here for age-delay results, our lifting K-beauty massage, microcurrent, or extractions, our JC spa ensure a premium experience tailored just for you.

We accept all major credit cards. Gratuities are not included in the service price and are greatly appreciated. The industry standard is 18–22% of the service total.
